All will agree: time is our most valuable asset. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the day spa enough time to fill the slot. The spa needs to pay its therapists even if a client doesn’t show up. “No shows” and late cancellations will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give 24 hours notice. Otherwise a $25 charge will be added to the credit card given to hold the appointment.
If you happen to be a NO SHOW for the appointment, you will be charged for ALL of the services in FULL.
If a check is refused by the bank, we will assess a $15 service charge.
Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit so long as the return is within 60 days of purchase and is accompanied with proof of purchase.
Gift Certificates are available for any of our Spa services or products. You may purchase services individually or we will help you create the perfect package.
