IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL US BY 7PM THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

 

**LATE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 50% FOR ALL SERVICES AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE CREDIT CARD GIVEN TO HOLD THE APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU ARE A “NO SHOW” OR DO NOT CALL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
