At Sanctuary Spa, our mission is to provide the ultimate in relaxation and reveal your most radiant self. In order to facilitate the most luxurious and beneficial experience possible, we have a few suggestions for your consideration.

• We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to avoid rushing and robbing yourself of any relaxation time.  
• Stay hydrated throughout the day, and make sure to hydrate after your treatment as well. This is especially important for our massage and detox body wrap guests.
• Enjoy yourself. Sanctuary is a tranquil environment where we invite you to disconnect from the outside world, and take full advantage and truly revitalize.

 Cancellation Policy

Time is our most valued commodity, and out of respect for you and our therapists, we request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Late cancellations and “no shows” will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
